Our refund policy is for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If 30 days have lapsed since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately we won't accept any items returned outside of their original packaging, or that have been worn or washed.

Items which can not be refunded or exchanged are:

• Gift cards
• Framed prints for change of mind
• Customised items
  

Sending your item for a refund

To fulfil a refund we will require the original proof of purchase.

Once your return is received we will inspect your item and send an email to notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

The item must be mailed back to the following address at the buyer's expense:

Shipping costs are not refundable.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and you will be notified immediately.

A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to return your T-Shirt for a change of size please send an email to our team at shop@neoskosmos.com for more information.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
